Where do I find the Zoom link for my class?
Your Zoom Meeting ID and class times are in the reminder email we send the day before your class starts. Can’t find it? Search your inbox, Junk and Spam folders for mail from oleloonline.com.
How do I get into Kaiāulu, the student community?
Log in with the email you registered with, then choose Kaiāulu in the menu. Your class Space appears under Spaces. Go to Kaiāulu
I missed class. Where are the video and notes?
Videos from all three Sections, plus the combined class notes, are posted in your class Space within 24 hours of class finishing.
Can I attend a different Section this week?
Yes. Each class is taught in three Sections at different times of day. You signed up for the class, not a Section, so join whichever one suits you that week.
I haven’t received any emails from you.
Check your Junk or Spam folder for mail from registrations@oleloonline.com and office@oleloonline.com, and add both to your contacts so future emails reach your inbox.

Which class is right for me?
Brand new to ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi? Start with CH1A, Absolute Beginner Conversational Hawaiian. Already studied? Our Which class is right for me? guide will place you.
When does the next Session start?
The October–December Session begins Monday, October 26. Registration is in the Shop.
How much does a class cost?
$80 for eight one-hour classes. Orders with a Hawaiʻi address add Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax.
What if I can’t make the live class time?
Each class is taught in three Sections at different times of day, so most time zones are covered. Videos of every Section are posted for you as well.
Does a class include website membership?
No. Classes and website membership are separate. Every class includes its Kaiāulu class Space and the Kikokiko typing game.

Choose “Login via Magic URL” on the login page and we’ll email you a one-click login link, so you don’t need a password. Or set a new password. Use the email address you signed up with.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log in and open your Account page. Your membership details are there, along with a cancel button.
Does membership include the Zoom classes?
No. They’re separate. Membership unlocks the website lessons and the Kikokiko typing game. Zoom classes are registered for each Session in the Shop.
