Cancellation Help

You may cancel your wesbite membership at any time by logging in to ʻŌlelo Online and clicking on the "Account" link below your name in the right sidebar (widescreen devices) or near the bottom (tall-screened devices).

There you will find your Account information along with a cancellation button.

If you are having trouble logging in to cancel, please submit an "About my membership/subscription" support request here and describe your issue so we can help you from there. Mahalo!

Retrieving a Lost Password

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "LOGIN" link on any page and you will see a link that says "Forgot Password". Follow that link. You will be required to enter the email address you signed up with and we will send you an email with further instructions.

Please be sure to enter the email address correctly. One of the most common problems we see is mistyped email addresses.

How To Join The Classes

In order to register for the Zoom-based Session, please use the Registration Form.

If you need the Zoom Meeting ID for classes you already registered for, please find that information in the Confirmation Email you received when you registered. The Zoom information is at the bottom of that email. If you can't find the email, it may be hiding in your "spam" inbox. Let us know, however, if you need more help.
