Cancellation Help

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging in to ʻŌlelo Online and clicking on the "Account" link below your name in the right sidebar (widescreen devices) or near the bottom (tall-screened devices).

There you will find your Account information along with a cancellation button.

If you are having trouble logging in to cancel, please submit an "About my subscription" support request here and describe your issue so we can help you from there. Mahalo!

Retrieving a Lost Password

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can reset it by clicking on the "LOGIN" link on any page and you will see a link that says "Forgot Password". Follow that link. You will be required to enter the email address you signed up with and we will send you an email with further instructions.

Please be sure to enter the email address correctly. One of the most common problems we see is mistyped email addresses.
